Түүнчлэн 2018 онд Монгол Улсын Татварын алба “Оюу Толгой” компанид 2013-2015 оны үйл ажиллагаатай холбогдуулан 377 тэрбум төгрөгийн татварын акт тавьж байв. Энэхүү актын 350 гаруй тэрбум төгрөгийн нөхөн ногдуулалттай холбоотойгоор тус компани Лондоны арбитрт хандаж, маргаан үүсгэсэн юм.
Үүний зэрэгцээ “Оюу Толгой” төслийн гүний уурхайн бүтээн байгуулалт, санхүүжилтийн төлөвлөгөөний нөхцөлийг сайжруулан, дахин гэрээ байгуулах саналыг Засгийн газар “Оюу Толгой” төслийн хөрөнгө оруулагч “Rio Tinto” компанид тавиад байна.
Засгийн газрын ажлын хэсэг гэрээний нөхцөлийг сайжруулахтай холбоотойгоор УИХ-ын 92 дугаар тогтоолын дагуу яриа хэлэлцээнд оролцож байгаа юм.
